Body contouring is more than removing fat. It is about proportions, transitions, symmetry — and ensuring the result looks like you. Dr. Fetai combines WAL liposuction, BBL and minimally invasive techniques for a harmonious overall result. Patients travel from across the Rhineland and NRW to Düsseldorf for this treatment.

A beautiful waist helps nothing if the back falls out of the frame.
The body is one single line.

The V-shape combination. Flat in front, narrow on the sides — the classic hourglass silhouette.
The bra rolls + love handles disappear. In profile the body looks clearly contoured — even without tension.
One continuous long leg line. Breeches outside, pads inside, knee fat — all in one session.
Sometimes it isn't the body that makes the difference — it's the neck. Facial contour completes the picture.
"More zones = more risk."
Risk depends on total volume, not zone count.
"Body contouring replaces diet and sport."
Never. It's fine-tuning for local pads.
"After birth it doesn't work."
Yes — from 6 months after birth.
"In old age contouring makes no sense."
Up to 65+ excellent results possible. With mature skin biostimulator combination.
→ Composition over patchwork.
→ Optimal range.
→ Ideal timing.
→ Discipline = result.
The scale shows almost the same after OP.
Usually 3-5 zones. Max 5 litres total.
Slightly longer: 10-14 days back to work.
Yes — take + give is the ideal combination.
Only with exaggeration. Dr. Fetai's maxim: 'less is more'.
Realistic range: mid 4 to low 5 figures.
The body schema is a neural map — not a collection of zones.
Neuroscience distinguishes two maps: body schema (motor, unconscious) and body image (conscious). After contouring BOTH must adapt — that takes 3-6 months.
Gallagher · Body Shapes MindThe human brain reacts with highest reward to proportions near the golden ratio (1:1.618). Body contouring optimises mathematical proportion perception.
Aesthetic Brain ResearchMovement sense comes via mechanoreceptors in fascia. After liposuction the feedback system is slightly altered for 6-8 weeks. Normalises spontaneously.
Stecco · Fascial Atlas"A patient who wants to operate only her belly often returns after 6 months wanting waist and back. Why? Because her belly is now clearly contoured — and the rest suddenly 'doesn't fit anymore'. That's not vanity. It's the brain seeking consistency. That's why I plan the full line from the start."
Body contouring isn't zone treatment. It's translating one vision into anatomy.
Patients treating only one zone return after 6 months — because the brain seeks consistency.
The brain rewards proportions near the golden ratio.
A consistent body sends fewer correction signals to the brain.
For body contouring we mark standing — because gravity shapes the body differently than lying down. Dr. Fetai draws the complete line: abdomen, waist, back, riding breeches — in relation to each other.
Several liters of Klein solution distribute across the marked zones. The area is fully numbed — you feel at most a slight pressure, never pain.
Dr. Fetai works not zone by zone per plan, but fluidly: abdomen → waist → back → riding breeches. Each zone in relation to the next. That is the difference between "liposuction" and "contouring".
You stand — Dr. Fetai views from all sides. Micro-corrections if needed. Only when the whole line is harmonious does he close the micro-incisions.
Compression suit for 6 weeks, day 2 light movement, from week 3 walking. After 8 weeks you see the new body line — after 6 months you feel it in motion too.
What fits together — and what collides? Four keys to harmonious body contouring.
Under the skin lies the fascia system — a 3D mesh of connective tissue planes. It fixes shape. In body contouring it is critical not to cut through fascia — otherwise wavy contours emerge.
Dr. Fetai works with WAL/PAL parallel to fascia direction — never across. This preserves anatomical structure and gives the stability needed for the result to look the same at 6 months as at 6 weeks.
The human brain rates body proportions subconsciously by the golden ratio. Waist:hip = 0.7 is universally attractive (Singh, 1993; replicated in 35 cultures).
Dr. Fetai measures the current ratio pre-op — and plans lipo extraction so the result lands as close to 0.7 as possible. Not vanity — mathematics.
Abdominal skin has lower elastin density than neck skin — retracts worse. Riding-breech skin: average. Inner thigh: often the most problematic.
For weak retraction we combine with biostimulator (Sculptra/Profhilo) — extra collagen stimulation over 6-12 months. The 1-year result then beats the 3-month result.
Every body has asymmetries — anatomically normal. One hip 3-5 mm higher, one riding breech fuller. An operator who works "by volume per side" deepens the asymmetry.
Dr. Fetai measures side-by-side pre-op and plans asymmetrically — more removal on the dominant side. Result: visually symmetric, even when anatomy wasn't.
"A body is not a collection of zones — it is a line."
